Let's face it though!  Pulling it all together yourself is a challenge due to lack of time and/or fear of picking the wrong things.  Most people don’t want to invest in full service design because of the cost, and that's where we come in!  

Virtual design (e-design), fills a huge gap in the design and decorating world. If you’re not afraid to take a quick style survey, and get some basic room photos and measurements, we can create beautiful rooms that you will love for years, at a fraction of a full-service design cost.  

Service areas include Houston and all surrounding cities, however e-design clients come from all over via the luxury of the internet.

Here's how it works!

What you’ll receive: 

• After the initial paid consultation, Anese & Co. Designs will bring in needed items for the main rooms: entry, one living room, kitchen, breakfast room, and owners suite.  We will focus the staging on these rooms and tackle the other rooms as time allows. 

• Artwork, throw pillows, plants, and accessories for main rooms

• Bedding and bed pillows are not included, but shopping links can be provided

• Up to 3 hours in the home

• Up to 3 months rental included

• A return visit to collect all rented items

What you’ll receive: 

• After the initial paid consultation, Anese & Co. Designs will bring in needed items for the main rooms listed in the Basic Occupied Package, as well as dining room, family room (or office), and two extra bathrooms.   We’ll focus the staging on these rooms and tackle the other rooms as time allows. 

• Artwork, throw pillows, plants, and accessories for main rooms

• Bedding and bed pillows are not included, but shopping links can be provided

• Up to 5 hours in the home

• Up to 3 months rental included 

• A return visit to collect all rented items

What you’ll receive: 

• After providing photos, Anese & Co Designs will stage the home using accessories and plants for the kitchen and bathroom countertops only ( up to 2 baths + half bath )

• 4 pieces of artwork for main rooms and 3 small pieces for bathrooms

• Accessories for mantel and/or bookcase

• Towels for bathrooms

• Up to 3 months rental included 

• Up to 2 hours in the home

• A return visit to collect all rented items

What you’ll receive: 

• Typically, a 2 hour service ensuring your home is perfect before MLS photos take place

• Positioning of items appropriately and maximizing the time in your house to make it photo worthy

*If the house is larger than 3000 sf, additional hours may be needed.

What you’ll receive: 

• In-home service is 1-2 hours

• Detailed written report includes our thorough "Show Ready Checklist" and "Closet Organization Checklist" 

• A walk & talk consultation without a written report is available within the service region
